Right of Withdrawal & Returns

All products in the THNXHOUSE shop are individually produced on demand (print-on-demand). In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)), made-to-order and customized goods are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

Production Defects & Damage

If your product has a print defect, production fault, or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact[at]thnxhouse.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at our expense — no return shipment required.

Non-Refundable

Returns or refunds will not be granted for: incorrect size or color selected by the customer, products received in good condition, gift cards.
